Transparent & Fixed Fee Immigration Services
This fee scale sets out our professional fees only for immigration and asylum advice and services provided under our OISC Level 3 registration. All fees listed below are our professional fees only. Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), Tribunal fees, and any other third-party disbursements are payable separately by the client unless otherwise stated.
We are not VAT registered. Therefore, VAT will not be added to the fees below. If you withdraw instruction’s part way through your case, we reserve the right to charge for work completed to date at an hourly rate of £125 per hour. All online applications are subject to a Scan & Upload fee of £100.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We offer an initial consultation to assess the merits of your case and provide advice on your available options. Appointments are charged at £60 for 30 minutes. However, consultations may be offered free of charge at our discretion depending on the nature and circumstances of the enquiry.

Please Note:
• This document details fees for all immigration advice and services we provide
to our clients, accordingly to our registration with the IAA at Level 3.
• We will normally require a payment on account upon instruction where we are
able to offer a fixed fee.
• All online applications are subject to a scan and upload fee of £100.
• We may not always be immediately available to act on the Applicant’s behalf,
and in such circumstances, it may be necessary to instruct counsel to assist
with this matter. Any fees payable to counsel will vary depending on their
scale and availability and are not included within this fee scale.
